Here are the details of the revised outboard engine course

Basic principles of four stroke and two stroke engines
Fuel                Types, mixing,storage components
Ignition           Plugs, leads, magnetos, timing.
Lubrication     New two stroke legislation
Mounting, securing and adjusting the engine.
Propellers        sizes,selection, sacrificial anodes

The above should be around two hours in a classroom with a small outboard to hand for component identification followed by a practical session outside using a running engine to affirm starting procedures and fault finding practice. About 1 hour.
If there are any costs involved such as classroom hire there could be a small fee (last time it was about 3 or 4 euros each)
I can deliver the course practically anywhere and need not only be to SAMM members.
I propose to run this course on Friday the 15th Jan (two days after the AGM) at the Sailing College Infanta Cristina Los Narejos assembling at 0930 for a 10am start, finishing around 1pm. Call me Henryk Kokocinski on 966722963 to book a place on the course or you can catch me at the AGM on Wednesday.
